Zen’s Technical Director, Jon Bauer is confident the multi-million pound investment will support Zen’s future as a carrier-grade service provider. I’m sure that it will position us as a great alternative to the larger carriers that do not offer the same level of customer care and service that Zen does. The network development allows us to continue to meet the growing needs of our customers and allow us to work to rigorous SLA’s, such as zero packet loss, uptime and performance targets, whilst we’re able to provide fast fault recovery.
